See Your Audience^™ is provided by Human Capacity Design LLC to help event professionals make more of the human reality shaping a situation visible before they make design decisions.

The information you provide about your event remains yours.

Human Capacity Design LLC retains ownership of Human Capacity Design^™, See Your Audience^™, Visibility Engine^™, the Audience Visibility Brief structure and related questions, methodologies, analytical models, inference logic, frameworks and underlying intellectual property.

You may use your Audience Visibility Brief to support planning, discussion and decision-making within your organization. Access to See Your Audience^™ or receipt of an Audience Visibility Brief does not transfer ownership of the underlying methodology or grant permission to reproduce, adapt or commercialize it without prior written permission.

A formal Terms of Use will be published as See Your Audience^™ moves beyond private beta.
